ORDER POLICYReturns and Exchanges (In-Stock Items)
- Every item is made with love and attention to detail. It is important that every client is happy with their purchase and come back for more. Though Top Notch LeatherWorks does not offer refunds, store credit is offered on AUTHORIZED returns. (Please note: Store credit is only issued for the original purchase price and not for shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping.) All return requests must be received within 14 days of delivery confirmation (No Exceptions). Special Order Policy
- Because Special Orders and Custom Items are made specially for the client, and are a non-stock item, all sales are final. No exchanges / No refunds. Please order carefully and verify details before making payment. Payment is due upon starting on the order and most special orders ship within 14 business days of starting (Depending on delivery time of supplies for order).
- Though Top Notch LeatherWorks does not give refunds for canceled in-stock purchases, store credit is gladly given. If you would like to cancel an un-shipped in-stock order please email TopNotchLeatherWorks@gmail.com
- In-Stock items usually ship within 5 business days of order confirmation.
- All Items will ship via Swedish "Posten" or "USPS Priority Mail" from California.
- Shipping origin is clearly specified on all "In-Stock" items and "Special Orders". If you are unsure which location an item is shipping from feel free to email TopNotchLeatherWorks@gmail.com before completing your order.
- Top Notch LeatherWorks is not responsible for any Duty, VAT, or Taxes charged by the Importing Country. Please contact your Country's Tax / Import Authority for information on Import Taxes and Duty.
